A limiting belief is a mindset that affects us in a negative way, keeps us right where we are and directs our actions and behaviours in a way that does not serve us.
Do your clients have beliefs that are holding them back. As a coach we a watch out for theses but sometimes it is not easy to identify these when the client says them?
