I am an accredited coach with 600+ hours of coaching experience and a background in senior leadership at a large multi-national.

My focus areas are career and leadership coaching, and I also have expertise in working with neuro-divergent clients. I increasingly bring the power of the outdoors and nature to my clients, whether that’s working in-person or online.

My aim is to support my clients to gain a deeper understanding of their personal strengths, motivators, beliefs and values, so they can gain clarity on their next steps and lead with confidence.

My background

The experiences I had during my 20-year corporate IT career help me to better understand and connect with my coaching clients today. I’ve led large multi-national teams, run global projects, defined strategies and worked with senior stakeholders. I’ve led internal talent management initiatives and was heavily involved in recruitment, mentoring and coaching.

Coaching with the outdoors

I’m a big outdoors lover and passionate about the power of being in nature to accelerate clear thinking, problem-solving and creativity, as well as the obvious well-being benefits. This is why I increasingly encourage my local clients to take their coaching sessions with me outdoors, and my virtual clients to take their reflections outdoors in between sessions.

My clients

I work with leaders who, after a successful career, are feeling at a crossroads – perhaps feeling bored, frustrated or overwhelmed, or just trying to work out what’s next for them. I give them a safe space to explore what’s happening for them today, and to better understand who they are and what’s truly important to them… and what that then means for their career and for them as a leader. Ultimately, I help them identify the key steps they need to take to find their feet in their career again and support them as they start the journey.

I have expertise in working with neuro-divergent clients and recognise the challenges they can often face in the workplace. My aim is to provide a safe space to truly explore what being neuro-different means to them, how they can use their strengths to tackle some of the difficulties they face, and ultimately feel more empowered to improve their workplace experience and drive their career forward.
