About Ayesha

“I combine my 20+ years corporate experience with my passion for getting the best out of people.”

If you’re trying to be the best you can be at work and home and feeling like you never get the balance right, then you’re not alone.  If you feel guilty that you’re not giving 100% at work, that you’re not spending enough quality time with the kids or that your personal relationships have taken a back seat, then I know what that’s like as I felt like that for years.

Although I had a successful career, working for some of the most well-known brands in the UK, I felt like something was missing.  I was always spinning plates, and smashing a few along the way. I didn’t believe that I could take a leap of faith and try something different in case I failed.  I was scared of going down the wrong path and not being able to find my way back.

A door opened
Then circumstances at work changed and I was offered voluntary redundancy.  As part of that process, I found a Coach who gave me permission to focus on myself.  I realised how many invisible barriers I had put up over the years and how many limiting beliefs I had about myself and my capabilities. Beliefs that made me feel like I didn’t deserve any more than I had and I should accept and be happy with my lot.

Discovering coaching
My coach worked with me to understand the context and triggers for the decisions I took in life, to improve my self belief and to have more faith in myself and my vision of being this amazingly balanced working mum.  Yes, it was scary, but sometimes we need to feel terrified about doing something new in order to grow.

Finding my passion
I can now proudly say that as a result of coaching, and the transformational effect it had, I was true to myself and my passions.  I knew I wanted to be a coach myself and so I put everything behind it to make it happen.  I’m now truly more fulfilled and happy as a result.

Sure, the plates are still spinning, but now, when some inevitably fall, I see it as an opportunity to learn and move forward more strongly.

I live in London with my husband, two daughters, our crazy Labrador and our grumpy cat (he’s middle aged and not happy about the arrival of the dog).

I love good food, box sets, red wine, music and going for walks.
