We actively want all our coaches to contribute their insights, expertise and knowledge, both to help you raise your profile, and to make our community area a valuable resource for all.
We’ve worked hard to make it as easy as possible for you to post content on the site that is useful to both people interested in coaching, and other coaches. All we ask is that you follow these guidelines and our Terms & Conditions. These guidelines are in place to ensure everyone can access relevant information and feel safe doing so.
Content that doesn’t conform to community guidelines will be removed. Repeated breaches of the submission guidelines and/or terms of use may result in account suspension, or your access to the site being blocked.
With that said, we’ve broken down the guidelines into simple sections so they’re easy to understand. Select a topic to read more.
Do's and don'ts
Our intention is that the Business Coach Directory Community be a useful resource. The following list (while not exhaustive) includes some of the topics or content that is expressly prohibited.
Please do
- Post clear, valuable, honest information
- Be nice to others; do not attack other users, individuals or groups
- Use good grammar and check your spelling
- Make your articles useful and informative
- Make your post relevant to the Group
- Ensure you have permission to publish all content, including copy, photos, video, etc
- Advertise your own expertise and coaching services
Please don't
- Use obscene, profane or offensive language or gestures
- Post content or advertisements on behalf of other businesses or individuals, regardless of whether you have accepted a fee to do so or not
- Post or link to content which is off-topic or disruptive of coaching discussion
- Spam or post excessively
- Use excessive capitalisation and punctuation
- Post or link to content that threatens, harasses or impersonates other users, or discloses private or personal matters concerning any person
- Post or link to content that is sexually explicit or contains profanity
- Post any material that violates the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others
- Violate any other applicable laws or regulations
All new articles are manually approved by Business Coach Directory staff before they appear in the Community area of the site.
All subsequent edits are made available so as to not disadvantage any member’s content, however all changes are reviewed.
If we become aware of changes that violate these guidelines, or our terms of service, we reserve the right to roll back the edits to a previous version of the article, prevent your from submitting or editing articles, remove articles, suspend your account or terminate your account, depending on the severity of the issue.
Submissions that breach these guidelines will be removed. Repeated breaches of the community guidelines and/or terms of use may result in account suspension, your access to the site being blocked, or in certain cases your details being passed to law enforcement agencies.
Images / video
You are encouraged to upload images or video to this site where they will help you to promote your coaching business or content submissions.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have permission from the copyright owners to upload and use images and video.
The site owners bear no responsibility for images or video uploaded by users, but will act accordingly and in favour of copyright holders. If you believe your copyright has been infringed upon, please report it to us so we can investigate, and if necessary take down the offending content.
What happens next?
