Visualise Your Best Life Exercise – Dream Big

Do you have thoughts about what your best life would look like but not sure what to do with them? Do you often feel that your dreams are unachievable or unrealistic? Visualisation is often used in coaching to help people make their dreams feel real and therefore more achievable. Being able to truly sense what your best life will be like can get you off the starting block and into action.

The purpose of this exercise is for you to get clarity on the type of future you would like. Through powerful questions and a structured approach, you will gain useful insight into what you want your life to be like. The exercise covers areas such as financials, health, career and relationships.

There are 8 areas to work through with questions on each area to help you contemplate and capture what you want. It can be as visual as you prefer. You can add drawings, photos as well as words.
