Join us for a one hour masterclass aimed at coaches (and coaches in training) with a clientele of women who are interested in learning more about peri/menopause, how it might present itself in a coaching context and why it matters. Also relevent for anyone who is interested on a personal level of finding out more about this stage of life, for themselves, a partner, friend or family member.
We will cover key stages and variances of menopause, tell tale signs (including lesser associated ones) and how menopause presents and impacts women and those around them based on our experience in the coaching context, why it matters and our role as coaches. We will hone in on how we as coaches can support our clients through the this transition and beyond, including covering some of the key tools available. It’s a great opportunity to ask questions and do some myth busting – mid life for women should be a time to refuel and revitalise!
