Power Up Your Confidence: If you want to give yourself a bit of a boost after a long summer with the kids or you want to spend a little time to yourself giving your mojo a bit of shake up – come join us. You will learn how to build your confidence, deal with confidence dilemmas at work, learn how to feel confident on the inside and out, and have tools and tips to sustain your confidence.
There will be 5 sessions throughout the day – all will be recorded and accessible after the event.
- Session 1 – Understand how to grow your confidence using the 5 pillars of confidence model – with Jo Pratsides Wellness Coach
- Session 2 – How build your confidence using the change model – with Maggie McGeary Change Guide & Coach
- Session 3 – How to deal and succeed with confidence dilemmas in the work place – Joanne Thompson Leadership & Career Coach
- Session 4 – Show up feeling confident on the outside as well inside. – Anne-Marie Simak Style & Confidence Coach
- Session 5 – Panel discussion. We will be discussing whether ‘Imposter Syndrome’ is a real thing with special guests TBC
There will also be meditations available for you throughout the day to just take 5 minutes to yourself and boost your wellbeing.
