Societies, organisations, teams, and communities are all built through relationships. As humans, we have a deep emotional need to be genuinely loved by another human. A lack of understanding another’s needs in a relationship can cause various issues for our personal and professional lives. In this session we will use Gary Chapman’s theory of ‘Love Languages’ to help you to understand
– your own love language
– be able to identify other people’s
– how to use the insight to build and maintain strong relationships
– how your choice of language and the way you apologise can boost a relationship
– assist you in making choices around those relationships at home and work that you want to nurture
