I am a Human Resources Coach with HR Director experience across a range of organisations including financial services, commercial and charitable organisations. In 2014 I set up my business to help companies overcome people-related challenges.  I have noticed the effects of the Covid 19 pandemic on HR professionals.  They have rightly earned their seat at the top table now that people are at the heart of business decisions. They typically put their own development and self-care last on the list of priorities and I help them change that.

If you are an HR professional at the top of your game or working to get there, life and work can seem daunting. I help you to understand the motivations and beliefs which drive your behaviour. Together we set goals and assess options for you to achieve them. We work on building behaviours which are congruent with your beliefs and values. Coaching gives you time and space to think in a confidential environment. Being coached is not an easy ride. It can mean facing up to some harsh realities. But in a positive environment it can be hugely empowering. If you’re feeling overwhelmed at work coaching helps you to regain a feeling of control, builds your confidence and self-esteem. It’s not counselling and it’s not therapy. And it works!
