I have a background working for major global professional and financial services organisations including latterly for EY where I was a global director specialising in business strategy focusing on people and organisation change and where I developed well-honed coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills. I hold an MSc in Coaching and Consulting from Said Business School, Oxford University and HEC Paris.

After 25 years in the City, I founded Wise Sherpa (www.wisesherpa.co.uk) focused on coaching and mentoring purpose led and impact focused individuals. In particular, I have an interest and specialism in working with professionals looking to transition out of the corporate world at later-career into a purpose led encore career.

At the core of my business belief system, I have a passion for the economic empowerment of women. Whilst at EY (Ernst and Young), I led their global Women. Fast forward programme. I am currently a UK delegate to the Women20 (W20) – an official engagement group of the G20.  And am also collaborating as a coach and mentor with a number of purpose led and impact focused Start Ups, Scale Ups and SMEs as well as more established organisations committed to supporting female leaders and founders including as founding mentor on the weinsocialtech accelerator backed by Deutsche Bank.

I have close experience of the impact of menopause on women leaders in the workplace (including taking substantial sweat equity in a natural menopause business) and am keen on supporting women leaders through this transition with coaching and mentoring.

I have lived and worked in several countries including France, US and Switzerland and am married with a daughter. In our spare time we love to go travelling in our campervan.
