I work with sales leaders and leadership teams to elevate performance, sharpen execution, and build environments where people do their best work.

After 20+ years in Enterprise B2B technology, from frontline selling to leading multi-region teams at VMware and coaching sales leaders at Palo Alto Networks, I now focus on helping leaders create clarity, influence and consistent results through their teams, and helping sales executives build the capability, discipline and influence required to win more consistently.

My work centres on:

• Leadership coaching

Supporting leaders to strengthen their decision-making, communication, influence, and ability to lead through others. Helping senior leaders step up with confidence, vision and clarity, whether they are new in role, scaling a team, or managing complexity.

• Sales organisation effectiveness

Improving the rhythm, structure and habits of high-performing sales teams. This includes forecasting discipline, qualification excellence, deal strategy, inspection, and leadership cadence. Building large deals with impact, orchestrating virtual teams inside and outside the organisation, and negotiation techniques to maximise return on sales investment.

• Team enablement and development

Designing practical, real-world learning experiences that raise capability, drive accountability, and embed high-performance behaviours. Not theory, just what actually works in complex B2B environments.

• Coaching senior managers and directors

Helping Directors, Sales Managers and emerging leaders handle the pressure, complexity and expectations of modern sales environments. Strengthening influence upwards, sideways and with customers.
