As a coach, I use the work I’ve done in healing, coaching, therapy and over forms of development over the last 11 years specifically as well as my varied personal and professional experience as an actor, teacher and coach to empower people. I have worked with clients from different backgrounds, including: economists; analysts, salespeople, teachers, actors, web designers, students and coaches, who all wanted to achieve something they had not. They all either wished to express themselves in ways they could not before working with me, or they wanted to be or do something they could not.
My approach to coaching is holistic, I draw on all the forms of healing I’ve studied, all the knowledge, and experience I have as well as my intuition. I coach online and face to face, including walks in a local nature reserve. I also offer workshops for organisations which focus on empowering groups of people.
