I have global accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Working with business owners, directors, managers and employees from all backgrounds, seniority and ages, my coaching style is warm and versatile where I adapt my approach to suit you and your aims and circumstances.

Many of my clients also identify as being neurodivergent with conditions such as ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia.

There are no barriers to success or happiness, and no matter your desired outcomes or those of your team and employees, with my coaching, those who are being coached, will feel supported and able to move forward and thrive.

I generally work with clients for a minimum of 6 x 1-hour sessions, but quite often it will be more than this where our time working together could range from between 3 to 12 months.

However, depending on your needs and circumstances, I sometimes offer fewer sessions.

I have a degree in science and management, a diploma in transformational coaching, global accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and over twenty years’ experience working in management and leadership with fast paced international businesses.

Additionally, I have also received specialist training in many aspects of neurodiversity.

I am completely flexible to be able to work in and out of traditional work hours and across different time zones, with some of my recent clients being based in Europe, America, and South Africa.

To those who are interested, I have also been trained in mental health awareness from Mental Health First Aid England and I also have advanced PVG clearance too.

Beyond Coaching

I also offer facilitation and consultancy, supply chain project management and workplace needs assessments for programmes such as ‘Access to Work’.

In addition to coaching, I lecture in supply chain, procurement and business with the City of Glasgow College, which is Scotland’s largest further education college, where I not only teach students in Scotland but also work closely with colleagues and students at the college’s partner organisations in China, Indonesia, Oman and India.

I also work with the Management School at Lancaster University, where I mentor managers and leaders studying on the University’s Masters Senior Leadership Programme as they juggle work, life and studies.

As a small business owner I worked with Robin to develop new strategies to ensure my personal and work life complemented each other.
