About Rachael

As an Executive & Leadership Coach and experienced facilitator working at the intersection of behavioural insight, nervous system science and conscious leadership, I support senior leaders, founders and teams to navigate complexity, pressure and the relational dynamics that shape how they show up and lead.

With over 16 years’ experience as a senior leader in commercial corporate environments, I understand first-hand the reality of balancing performance targets, cultural expectations and operational intensity whilst holding significant responsibility for both results and people.

This lived experience continues to shape how I show up and what I bring into every room; whether virtual or in person. And it’s why I’m passionate about delivering transformational development that unlocks true potential in leaders, teams and organisations so they can move from reactive, pressure-driven performance to conscious, resilient and sustainable leadership. Because leadership is not just what we do – it’s how we show up every day!

At the heart of this is a clear understanding that change doesn’t happen at the level of mindset alone. How we think, lead and respond under pressure is shaped by our nervous system and by the deeply embedded patterns that influence behaviour, communication and decision-making in real time.

When leaders and teams begin to understand and work with these drivers, they can develop the capacity to move beyond reactivity, overwhelm and internal pressure, and lead with greater clarity, presence, confidence and authenticity.

I work with leaders, teams and organisations across sectors including Retail, FMCG, Financial Services, Technology and Creative sectors, working with businesses ranging from scaling start-ups to global brands.

This includes:

•       Leadership Teams & Organisations – who are seeking to strengthen culture, communication and performance by creating more conscious, connected and human-centred ways of working.

How I Work
My work spans individual executive and leadership coaching, as well as group experiences such as leadership development programmes, coaching skills training, resilience workshops or interactive wellbeing team away days. Each engagement is shaped in alignment with core priorities and tailored to the specific needs of the individual, team or cohort, ensuring the work is both relevant and impactful.

Within this work, introducing a nervous system informed lens, allows me to support clients in understanding how their internal “operating system” drives behaviour, decision-making and relational dynamics in real time. Together, we work to rewire patterns such as overdrive, people-pleasing, fear of visibility, internal pressure and the interpersonal dynamics that sit at the heart of leadership.

Professional Development
My professional training includes a Co-Active Coaching qualification, NLP Practitioner certification and NeuroSomatic Intelligence certification. I also bring a deep working knowledge of behavioural profiling tools such as Insights Discovery and DiSC, alongside continued study in behavioural science, neuroscience and systems awareness. As a lifelong learner with curiosity at my core, I’m consistently deepening my practice and embracing new learning so I can best support leaders and organisations in navigating the increasing complexity and volatility of todays’ world.
