I’ve run my coaching business for nearly 10 years and was originally trained by PwC in coaching, leadership and facilitation. Before becoming a full-time coach, I spent 15 years in senior HR and Operations leadership roles at PwC, where I was promoted twice. This gives me first-hand insight into professional environments, progression pathways, and the pressures that come with stepping into more senior roles.
I also conducted many recruitment interviews and sat on promotion panels, so I understand how decisions are made and what decision-makers look for. This enables me to support clients in communicating their strengths clearly and demonstrating readiness for the next step.
My approach is structured but flexible. I use my Anchor, Align and Amplify framework to help clients strengthen their leadership identity, align their mindset and actions, and increase their impact, visibility and influence.
