Hello, I’m Kelly.
I’m a leadership coach working with senior leaders navigating complex, high-accountability roles. I support clients to step back, gain clarity, and make sound decisions in situations where there is rarely a straightforward answer. My approach is thoughtful, calm, and appropriately challenging, helping leaders navigate complexity while finding a way of working that is both effective and sustainable.
I draw on psychological insight to support how leaders think, make decisions, and lead, including understanding how emotional responses shape judgement. I use this in a practical way to help clients explore challenges fully, see different perspectives, and move forward with confidence. I also support clients with career decisions and balancing leadership responsibilities alongside the rest of their lives.
Alongside my coaching, I bring 15 years of corporate experience, including senior roles in consulting and as an in-house Pensions Director for a global FTSE 100 organisation. I have worked in both executive and non-executive roles, giving me a strong understanding of decision-making at a senior level. Having led in complex environments myself, I understand first-hand the pressures and trade-offs leaders navigate.
I am an accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and hold an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. I am trained in emotions-based coaching and in team and group coaching, and have experience working with both individuals and groups. I hold an MSc in Psychology and have a strong interest in sustainable wellbeing and its role in effective leadership, drawing on my background in psychology and ongoing research.
