Deborah has been working with global businesses in the field of transformation and the impact on people
and organizational culture for over 20 years. As part of her consultancy services, she has supported many individuals both formally and informally in coaching relationships; acting as an adviser and coach has enabled her to deliver projects successfully for many clients.

In the last three years Deborah has been working with ‘baby boomers’ who are looking for a creative
retirement as part of her work in cross generational teams.

Her main consultancy focus is within financial services, having completed projects in banking, investment
management and fintech. Other client projects have been delivered across telecoms, energy, education, and
engineering. Before starting her business, Deborah was the global learning and development director of a global
real estate advisory business.

Her commercial approach ensures a successful blend of strategy and implementation, always keen to collaborate
with others she works successfully with colleagues and partners to ensure that the job gets done. This ‘can do’
approach is also reflected in her coaching style and her belief in networking as a major aspect of her work.
