Beyond the Label: Coaching through a Neurodiversity Lens

In this interactive session, Mel Francis will explore what it means to coach through a neurodiversity lens – moving beyond labels and diagnosis to truly understand the individual.

We’ll consider:

  • What neurodiversity really means in the coaching context
  • How to recognise and respond to different thinking and processing styles
  • The impact of masking, fatigue, and past experiences on coaching engagement
  • How to create psychologically safe coaching spaces
  • Practical strategies for adapting your approach while staying person-centred
